Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical components for residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Diagnose wiring, controls, and power supply issues related to heating and cooling equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance and safety inspections on electrical and comfort systems
• Ensure all work complies with local electrical codes and company safety standards
• Communicate findings, options, and recommendations clearly to customers
• Complete service tickets and documentation accurately and on time
• Collaborate with HVAC and plumbing teams to resolve complex home comfort problems
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in safe, clean condition
