Accounts Payable
The accounts payable position is high volume work with a requirement for high accuracy. The position consists of the below but is not limited to these items:
Responsibilities include:
- Book miscellaneous journal entries
- Set up vendors as needed
- Process weekly A/P draws & monthly A/P audits
- Mail checks
- Request missing vendor information
- Scan checks via desktop deposits
- Create and submit replacement reserve draw packets
- Scan replacement reserve draw packets
- Various accounting tasks
Experience:
- Bank reconciliation experience on a corporate or commercial level is preferred
- Accounts payable experience preferred but not required
Be very detailed oriented. Be able to multi-task. Be a self-starter.
