Cardiothoracic/Vascular Surgery Opportunity in Mississippi

Practice Overview:

Join two experienced surgeons
Perform the full spectrum of cardiothoracic and vascular surgical procedures
Provide inpatient care, emergency coverage, and consultation services across the medical center
Strong partnership with cardiology and other key specialty services
Established referral base with deep community trust and loyalty

Schedule:

Balanced practice model: approximately 50% clinic and 50% operative time
Call shared equally with partner (week-on, week-off model)
In-town call only, described as “not overly burdensome”
Minimal after-hours interruptions with strong support team

Candidate Requirements:

Board-certified or board-eligible in Cardiothoracic Surgery
5+ years of experience strongly preferred; 1–2 years post-training considered for exceptional candidates
Eligible for Mississippi medical licensure
