Looking for a stable, full-time opportunity with consistent hours, weekly pay, paid holidays, and paid vacation? LACOSTA is looking for dependable, safety-focused Machine Operators to join our team.

Pay Rate: $16.00/hour

Employment Type: Full-time, permanent

Schedule:

• Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
• Approximately 48 hours per week

As a Laytable Shipper, you will help keep production running safely, efficiently, and at a high level of quality.

Responsibilities include:

• Responsible for transporting all raw material to machine
• Load finished product for shipping
• Follow standardized work procedures and all required safety practices
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-speed production environment
• Communicate with team members and support teams to maintain continuous production
• Help reduce wasted time and materials while meeting quality and production expectations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Support continuous improvement efforts

• Ability to learn and follow production procedures
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable and able to work independently
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Physical stamina and strength to perform job duties
• Ability to safely work with and around heavy equipment
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality
• Must pass background check and drug test

2-3 years of Forklift Experience required
