Delivery Team Associate

Delivery Associates support the Online Grocery Delivery/Pick-Up department in Walmart stores. They load and unload product from their vehicle, deliver the merchandise, and confirm delivery with customers to ensure our products are meeting their needs. Online order fillers and delivery associates load, unload, and deliver online grocery orders. They shop for customers, fill orders in all departments, dispense orders to customers, and engage them throughout the process. The pace can be intense, especially in the evenings, on weekends, and during a holiday season.

* The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
