Perform preventative, corrective and predictive maintenance on commercial and industrial HVAC systems;
Troubleshoot and service HVAC systems including ACUs, AHUs, heat pumps, VAVs, DDCs and ventilation systems;
Monitor and operate BMS, refrigerant systems, and related equipment; perform tests and record readings;
Maintain logs and inventories (logs for equipment operation, lubrication, filters, spare parts, refrigerant, etc.);
Assist other mechanics and coordinate with CMMS planner/scheduler; participate in safety practices and on-call rotations
