Job Summary
Provide safe, professional towing and roadside assistance for passenger vehicles using light-duty tow trucks. Deliver excellent customer service while following all safety and traffic regulations.
Provide safe, professional towing and roadside assistance for passenger vehicles using light-duty tow trucks. Deliver excellent customer service while following all safety and traffic regulations.
Responsibilities- Operate flatbed and/or wheel-lift tow trucks
- Tow and transport passenger vehicles safely
- Perform roadside services (jump‑starts, tire changes, lockouts, fuel delivery)
- Secure vehicles using proper equipment
- Communicate with customers, dispatch, and law enforcement
- Complete service tickets and basic documentation
- Inspect and maintain truck and equipment
- Valid driver’s license (CDL not required)
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and on‑call shifts
- Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs and work outdoors in all weather
- Customer service experience
- Mechanical aptitude
- Calm, safety‑focused mindset
