Operations
Job Duties / Responsibilities May Include, But Are Not Limited To- Utilizing and inspecting heavy equipment including sit‑down forklift, pallet jack, and overhead hoists
- Perform material handling and warehousing functions
- Order filling, processing, storing and picking of parts, materials, equipment and supplies
- Operating automated packaging equipment, shipping and receiving
- Multiple systems interactions
- Interaction with carrier drivers
- Adhere to all facility safety policies and procedures
- Use machines for weighing, banding, wrapping, packaging, stenciling, etc.
- Operate electronic hardware to receive material into inventory, including iPads
- Perform 5S/housekeeping functions as required
- Frequently lift parts and carry boxes up to 35 pounds individually (for intervals of 15‑30 minutes) or 70 pounds as team lift
- Frequently bend, reach and squat while performing tasks
- Consistent usage of required PPE for tasks being performed
- Work in an environment with frequently changing temperatures
- Walk, squat, and bend over for intervals of 15‑30 minutes, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must be able to work overtime when required
- Must be able to cross‑reference material to documentation for verification
- Previous work or volunteer experience
- Basic computer experience
- Previous distribution center, warehouse, and/or order filling experience
- Experience operating material handling equipment such as forklift, swing reach, order picker, cherry picker, etc.
- Experience working with written instructions for a given task such as Standard Work or Standard Operating Procedures
- Work location:
Corinth, MS - Primarily hiring for off‑shift roles (2nd or 3rd shift). Limited opportunities for day shift may become available (specific shift hours depend upon placement).
- Starting pay rate: $17.05/hour + full benefits (plus 7% of base rate for night shift premium)
Overtime is required depending on business need. Overtime could be mandatory or voluntary and could occur during the week and/or on weekends (depending on business need).
