, a key player in the packaging sector, is seeking a Maintenance Team Leader to join and develop their new production line.

Location: Corinthos

Reports to: Engineering Manager

• Lead and supervise the maintenance team, ensuring efficient task allocation and performance.
• Conduct periodic inspections of facilities to identify issues, risks or required maintenance actions.
• Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and oversee the planning, coordination and execution of maintenance works.
• Supervise and maintain building systems (HVAC, heating, ventilation, extraction, etc.).
• Oversee electrical, mechanical and refrigeration installations and ensure proper operation.
• Ensure timely and cost‑efficient execution of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Manage maintenance operations across all plant units, ensuring compliance with company standards, hygiene, safety and environmental regulations.
• Maintain accurate records, technical files and updated as‑built documentation.
• Monitor maintenance costs (OPEX & CAPEX) and support budgeting and cost‑optimization initiatives.
• Contribute to the plant’s preventive maintenance strategy and reliability improvement activities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, contractors and suppliers as needed.

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar maintenance role; experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset.
• Very good command of English and proficient computer skills (MS Office).

• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to coordinate and motivate a technical team.
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities, including prioritization and time management.
• Problem‑solving mindset and ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Flexibility, adaptability and proactive approach to operational challenges.
