Four Stars Nissan in North Texas is seeking an exceptional Desk Manager to join a high-performing dealership that already has momentum and growth. You will lead from the front, orchestrating daily activities, coaching sales staff, and closing deals with urgency and accountability.
This role rewards a proactive leader who makes 50–60 calls daily, engages customers directly, and drives the store toward sustained expansion and exceptional service. Experience with Nissan is a plus but not required.
