• Oversee teller operations and new account activities while ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Manage branch cash levels, vault operations, audits, and daily balancing procedures.
• Educate customers on fraud prevention and provide solutions that make banking easier.
• Ensure the branch is organized, well-stocked, and always ready to deliver outstanding service.
• Support community involvement initiatives and represent Point Bank with pride.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and strengthen team performance.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Financial services or banking experience (Required)
• Leadership or management experience (Required)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and passion for helping others succeed
