As a Next Gen Intern, you will...

You will contribute to Alumil Ege's business objectives by taking part in real business projects, and directly assume a role in tasks such as analysis, design, and process support.

Job Description:
- Project Participation: Actively participate in real-world business projects and assignments, including tasks such as analysis, design, process improvement, and operational support.
- Business Enhancement: Contribute to the development of innovative solutions for the construction industry with creative ideas and approaches.
- Process Support: Fulfill supporting duties that help the assigned department's daily workflow and aid in achieving business goals.
- Learning and Development: Attend technical and soft‑skill training sessions, workshops, and internal company organizations offered throughout the program.
- Communication and
Collaboration:
Communicate effectively with professionals from various departments and participate in cross‑functional collaboration projects. - Mentorship: Seek guidance from the assigned mentor, establish and follow personal development goals based on regular feedback.
Must be a final‑year student in an undergraduate or graduate program, OR a recent graduate who has graduated no more than 2 years ago

Must be studying/have graduated from one of the following or related disciplines:

- Business Administration / Economics
- Marketing / Communications

The Next Gen Internship Program offers a paid internship opportunity
. Interns will be subject to the company's established compensation policies for the duration of their tenure.
