Alumil Next Gen is an internship program offering university students who are goal-oriented, eager to learn, and development-focused the opportunity to make a strong start to their careers.

Through this program, participants gain real-world professional experience in a dynamic manufacturing and corporate environment across various departments, including Engineering, Architecture, Marketing, Human Resources, Logistics, Finance, and Sales

Job Description:

• Project Participation: Actively participate in real-world business projects and assignments, including tasks such as analysis, design, process improvement, and operational support.
• Business Enhancement: Contribute to the development of innovative solutions for the construction industry with creative ideas and approaches.
• Process Support: Fulfill supporting duties that help the assigned department's daily workflow and aid in achieving business goals.
• Learning and Development: Attend technical and soft‑skill training sessions, workshops, and internal company organizations offered throughout the program.

Must be a final‑year student in an undergraduate or graduate program, OR a recent graduate who has graduated no more than 2 years ago

Must be studying/have graduated from one of the following or related disciplines:

The Next Gen Internship Program offers a paid internship opportunity
. Interns will be subject to the company's established compensation policies for the duration of their tenure.
