Part-Time | Opportunity for Full-Time Growth

Based in the Lake Norman (Cornelius, Davidson, Huntersville, Mooresville) and Charlotte area.

Seeking a highly organized, detail oriented, and efficient Selections & Marketing Assistant to support our growing team. Will report to our team Client Concierge and Selections Coordinator.

This is a hybrid role that combines administrative support, selections coordination, marketing assistance, and client experience support within the luxury residential construction industry. The ideal candidate is polished, detail-oriented, flexible, and excited to help keep projects, selections, marketing, and communication running smoothly behind the scenes.

We are looking for someone dependable and eager to grow with our company long term.

Responsibilities:
Selection Coordination Assistance
  • Organize and track client selections in spreadsheets and internal systems
  • Assist with scheduling showroom appointments and meetings
  • Coordinate product samples, vendor communication, and selections follow-up
  • Help maintain organized selections documentation and files
  • Assist with Job Tread organization and updates
  • Attend occasional site visits and meetings
  • Support the team with general client coordination tasks
Marketing and Social Media Support
  • Assist with social media scheduling and posting
  • Help organize project photography and video content
  • Maintain organized photo/video libraries and marketing files
Administrative Support
  • Scheduling and calendar coordination
  • Organizing spreadsheets, files, and project information
  • Assisting with follow-up tasks and internal coordination
  • General administrative and operational support as needed
Qualifications
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Proactive and dependable
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn new systems and processes
  • Willingness to jump in and assist with a variety of tasks as needs evolve
Preferred Experience
  • Familiarity with Sketch Up is strongly preferred
  • Experience with Excel, Outlook, Google Workspace, Canva, and social media platforms
  • Interest in luxury residential construction, interiors, architecture, or design
  • Experience in marketing, design, construction, or administrative support is a plus
  • Willingness to learn Job Tread
  • Part-time role with opportunity for growth into full-time

  • Based in the Lake Norman and Charlotte area, with occasional in-person meetings, showroom visits, and site visits
