In this role, you will be the point of contact between homeowners, designers, architects, vendors, and our construction team, helping to ensure every detail moves forward smoothly from planning through completion.

What You'll Do
As our Project Coordinator, you will help keep custom home projects organized, on track, and enjoyable for everyone involved.
Client & Project Coordination- Serve as a trusted point of contact for homeowners throughout the construction process
- Coordinate communication between homeowners, designers, architects, construction managers, and trade partners
- Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, track decisions, and ensure clear follow-up
- Help anticipate challenges and keep projects moving forward
- Maintain and track project budgets, committed costs, and actual expenses
- Review contracts, purchase orders, and change orders to ensure accuracy
- Communicate budget updates clearly and help identify potential issues early
- Track homeowner selections including finishes, fixtures, and materials
- Coordinate deadlines with designers and construction teams
- Follow up on outstanding decisions to prevent project delays
- Prepare and process accurate change orders
- Communicate cost and schedule impacts clearly to clients and team members
- Create and manage purchase orders with vendors and trade partners
- Track orders and resolve issues quickly
- Perform plan takeoffs using Bluebeam when needed
- Help maintain organized project documentation
- Support the team in delivering a smooth, high-quality building experience
We are looking for someone who takes ownership, communicates well, and enjoys making things happen.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in residential construction, custom home building, design, or project coordination preferred
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple details at once
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working directly with clients
- Strong attention to detail with budgets, numbers, and documentation
- Experience with construction management software, accounting systems, or project tracking tools
- Comfort working with spreadsheets and financial information
- A proactive mindset -- someone who follows up, finds answers, and solves problems
