North Mecklenburg Animal Hospital is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to provide an exceptional client experience, greet clients, manage check-ins/outs, and handle payments. The PCC will also handle a multi-line phone system, scheduling, and communications with clients by mail, email, and texts.
We value friendly, warm personalities and strong communication. Veterinary experience is a plus but not required.
