Home Careolina is looking for an excellent caregiver with personal care experience to work inside of a beautiful independent living retirement community in Huntersville, NC. We are an in-home care company that provides services for clients inside of the building to help them maintain their independence. We are currently looking to hire a skilled caregiver. Bed care and Hoyer lift experience required.

This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities including skilled care tasks, bed care, and safe operation of Hoyer lifts. If you are dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for those in need, we invite you to join our team.

• Provide skilled caregiving services, including personal hygiene and bed care
• Operate Hoyer lifts safely to assist clients with mobility, ensuring comfort and security
• Assist clients with daily living activities such as dressing, feeding, and medication reminders
• Monitor client health and report any changes or concerns to supervisory staff
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team

• Previous experience with skilled caregiving, bed care, and use of Hoyer lifts preferred
• Certification or training related to caregiving and safe patient handling is a plus
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Ability to follow care plans and report observations accurately
• Reliable transportation to and from clients' homes in Cornelius, NC

• Competitive pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly

• Help bathing

• Must have Valid Drivers License, Auto Insurance, Social Security Card and a Clean Background.
