LKN Salt Spa is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and professional Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing wellness team. If you're passionate about helping people feel their best and enjoy working in a peaceful, wellness-focused environment, we'd love to meet you!
Our spa specializes in holistic wellness through massage therapy, halotherapy (salt therapy), infrared sauna, and other natural wellness services. We're looking for someone who values exceptional client care and wants to grow alongside a locally owned business.
Responsibilities- Perform customized therapeutic massage treatments based on each client's individual needs
- Utilize a variety of techniques including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Prenatal (if certified), and other modalities
- Conduct client consultations and assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans
- Educate clients on wellness, self-care, stretching, and treatment recommendations
- Maintain accurate SOAP notes and client records
- Prepare and sanitize treatment rooms between appointments
- Create a warm, welcoming, and relaxing experience for every guest
- Collaborate with our team to provide the best possible client experience
- Recommend treatment frequency and wellness services when appropriate
- Current North Carolina Massage & Bodywork Therapy License
- Professional liability insurance
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Passion for holistic health and wellness
