Summary:
The E-Learning Specialist will support franchise success through engaging, scalable, and easy-to-consume learning experiences. This role will focus on developing and maintaining digital training content that supports franchise partners, field teams, and internal stakeholders across the organization. This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys building structured learning experiences, improving adoption of new tools and processes, and supporting change at scale.
Responsibilities:
* Develop clear, creative learning materials/modules (workbooks, eLearning, more)
* Partner with subject matter experts to build leadership content
* Track participation, measure effectiveness, and share insights
* Design, deliver, and maintain training programs that support employee onboarding, upskilling, and ongoing development
* Partner with business and technical stakeholders to assess learning needs and translate them into effective training solutions
* Develop learning materials including presentations, guides, e-learning modules, and facilitator resources
* Facilitate live and virtual training sessions and support self-paced learning experiences
* Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve content based on feedback and performance data
* Manage learning initiatives across multiple teams while ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with business goals
* 6-10+ years of experience in technical writing, process documentation, or business documentation within complex organizations
* Extensive experience creating, editing, and maintaining SOPs, process documentation, system guides, FAQs, and reference materials for internal and external audiences
* Proven ability to produce franchise-facing documentation that supports operational processes, system usage, and enterprise initiatives
* Strong expertise in translating complex systems, workflows, and technical concepts into clear, actionable documentation for non-technical audiences
* Demonstrated ability to write in plain, business-friendly language while preserving accuracy, completeness, and compliance
* Experience working closely with senior business, operations, IT, and product stakeholders to gather requirements and validate content
* Ability to own documentation end-to-end, from discovery and content strategy through delivery, updates, and governance
* Strong editorial judgment with a proven track record of maintaining consistency, quality, and accuracy across large bodies of content
* Experience organizing and structuring documentation to improve usability, adoption, scalability, and long-term maintenance
* Comfortable managing multiple work streams and priorities with minimal oversight
* Advanced proficiency with documentation and collaboration tools (e.g., Word, SharePoint, Confluence, knowledge bases, version control)
