Onboarding Specialist

Join a growing financial services organization as an Onboarding Specialist. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, persistent, and enjoys solving problems while working directly with clients and business partners.

Compensation: $50,000 + bonus

Schedule: Hybrid – North Charlotte

• Manage advisor onboarding, contracting, and licensing processes from start to finish
• Communicate with advisors via phone and email, providing status updates and support
• Work directly with insurance carriers to secure approvals and resolve issues
• Review contracts and documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain detailed records and case notes in the CRM system
• Assist with ongoing account maintenance, including license renewals, carrier additions, policy updates, training requirements, and profile changes
• Serve as a resource for onboarding-related questions from internal and external stakeholders

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Natural curiosity and ability to investigate issues independently
• Comfortable in a process-driven, desk-based environment
• Customer service, administrative, operations, or account support experience is a plus
• No insurance or financial services experience required
• No degree required; recent graduates encouraged to apply
