• Base salary $85k-$95k with a structured monthly bonus program tied to performance

• Minimum 4 years of full-service scratch restaurant General Manager experience
• Proven success leading high-volume operations with $8M+ in annual sales
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams of 50+ across FOH and BOH
• Strong P&L management, budgeting, and financial reporting skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching abilities
• Valid Serv Safe Manager Certification (or ability to obtain promptly)
• Strong wine knowledge

• Background in Italian cuisine a plus
• Wine knowledge
• History of success with systems-driven multi-unit management company
• Familiarity with POS, scheduling, and reporting systems (e.g., Aloha, Toast, Compeat)
• Strong community engagement and ability to represent the brand with pride and professionalism
