Position Summary
We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Production Assembly Assistant to help assemble USA Made products at our Cornelius, NC facility. Working alongside the Production Lead, you’ll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly and efficiently while ensuring the quality and creativity our brand is known for.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the assembly of USA Made products and packaging
- Follow detailed instructions and production processes
- Prepare materials and maintain organized workstations
- Perform quality control checks during and after assembly
- Track inventory and report low stock levels
- Assist in labeling, bagging, and preparing products for shipping
- Support other production tasks as needed
- Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity
- Ability to follow directions and work independently or with a team
- Reliable and consistent with a positive attitude
- Comfortable with hands‑on work
- Previous experience in assembly or crafting is a plus.
Flexible hours available, Monday‑Friday
