We are seeking a hands‑on, detail‑oriented Production Assembly Assistant to help assemble USA Made products at our Cornelius, NC facility. Working alongside the Production Lead, you’ll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly and efficiently while ensuring the quality and creativity our brand is known for.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the assembly of USA Made products and packaging.
- Follow detailed instructions and production processes.
- Prepare materials and maintain organized workstations.
- Perform quality control checks during and after assembly.
- Track inventory and report low stock levels.
- Assist in labeling, bagging, and preparing products for shipping.
- Support other production tasks as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity.
- Ability to follow directions and work independently or with a team.
- Reliable and consistent with a positive attitude.
- Comfortable with hands‑on work.
- Previous experience in assembly or crafting is a plus.
Flexible hours available, Monday–Friday. Opportunity for increased responsibility and growth.
