As an Aquatic Team Lead, you will play a vital role in the day‑to‑day efficiency of our operations. You will guide and support colleagues to meet production goals and maintain an organized workflow.

• Assist team members in effectively managing their time and schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks, providing guidance on prioritization and workflow.
• Distribute tasks and assignments based on skills and workload to ensure balanced and efficient operations.
• Monitor the flow of work, identify potential bottlenecks, and proactively suggest adjustments to improve efficiency.
• Ensure all team members understand and follow established operational procedures and guidelines.
• Observe and report on the progress and completion of assigned tasks by team members.
• Ensure the availability of necessary materials and equipment so the team can perform their tasks effectively.
• Serve as a central point of contact for operational updates and information within the team.
• Identify and elevate operational issues or challenges that impact team productivity.
• Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members on operational processes.
• Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and conducive to efficient operations.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience leading others and directing their work.
• Proven experience in an operational or production environment.
• Experience in mosquito management, facilities, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Valid driver’s license from state of residence.

• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with a team.
