Production & Shipping Associate
Location:
Cornelius, NC
Schedule:
Monday–Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
Availability:
Full-time and part-time
- Complete daily production tasks in a fast-paced, hands‑on work environment measured by Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Assist with product assembly and packaging.
- Support the shipping department to ensure orders are packed accurately and shipped on time.
- Keep materials and work areas clean and organized; assisting with monitoring inventory levels.
- Receive deliveries and help restock supplies.
- Work as part of a small, supportive team that values reliability, positivity, and teamwork.
