Key Responsibilities of the Travel Nurse:
Provide high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced Med Surg/Telemetry setting
Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and vital signs, responding to abnormalities
Administer medications and follow prescribed treatment plans
Collaborate with physicians, allied health professionals, and support staff
Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in line with facility policies
Educate patients and families on ongoing care and discharge instructions
Respond to emergencies calmly and efficiently
Promote a supportive and compassionate environment for patients

Requirements of the Travel Nurse:
Active North Carolina RN license or compact state eligibility
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Minimum 2 years' recent experience in a Med Surg/Telemetry setting
