Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in a medical-surgical unit, ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards
• Monitor patient conditions, document care, and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, while prioritizing patient safety and comfort
• Educate patients and families regarding health management and post-discharge plans
• Respond promptly and professionally to patient needs and emergencies

Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Proven experience in medical-surgical nursing, demonstrating proficiency in assessment and patient care
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team

• 12-hour day shifts with a schedule of 5 days on and 2 days off
