Job Overview

Registered Nurse – Operating Room – Atrium Health Lake Norman (Cornelius, NC). Full‑time position (36 hrs/week) with a 12‑hour shift schedule from 06:30 to 19:00 and call requirements. The role is sign‑on bonus eligible and offers a pay range of $38.20 to $57.30 per hour.

Atrium Health Lake Norman Surgery Room – 4‑bed Operating Room team managing general surgery, orthopedics, urology, and gynecology cases.

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, delivering safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Use evidence‑based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and strong communication skills to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum.

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• 1 year of operating room experience as a RN strongly preferred.

• 12‑hour shifts: 06:30‑19:00.
