Position: Registered Nurse - Atrium Health Lake Norman Progressive Care PT Nights

Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical PCU

Location: Atrium Health Lake Norman – Nursing Progressive Care Unit:
Telemetry 5th Floor (35216)

Employment Type: Part time – 24 hours per week

Schedule
  • 3, 12‑hour night shifts per week
  • Holiday rotation
  • Weekend rotation
Compensation

$38.20 – $57.30 per hour

Sign‑on bonus eligible. Relocation bonus eligible if residence is outside designated distance to facility.

Qualifications
  • Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program
  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 6 months of hire
  • 2 years of PCU experience preferred
Responsibilities
  • Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Use evidence‑based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skillful communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across continuum.
