About the Opportunity/Position Highlights- Opportunities include OB, General, Pediatrics, Ortho, Gyn, and NORA (non-OR anesthesia).
- Shift opportunities offer a wide variety including 8, 10, 12 hour shifts and call.
- Opportunity to participate in committees, teaching opportunities available for varied allied health care learners as well as SRNAs from the CMC/UNCC Nurse Anesthesia Program.
NC RN licensure required.
Graduate of an accredited School of Nurse Anesthesia required.
CRNA licensure required.
BLS and ACLS PALS from AHA required.

Atrium Health Lake Norman strives to provide high-quality healthcare to Lake Norman and the surrounding area. This new facility will include 36 patient care beds with 12 beds dedicated to women's and children's services. It will have 3 ORs, 1 C-Section Delivery suite, 1 procedure room, MRI and endoscopy. Specialties include General, Orthopedics, Urology, OB/GYN, MRI and Endoscopy.
About the AreaAtrium Health Lake Norman is located in Cornelius, North Carolina at Westmoreland Road and US 21 (Statesville Road).
ResponsibilitiesAssembles necessary supplies and equipment, and administers intravenous, spinal, and other anesthetics prior to surgical or other medical procedures. Monitors patient reactions and vital signs during and after anesthesia and takes remedial action when warranted. Submits postoperative report on patients' condition and maintains records of anesthetics administered.
