Part Time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner - Fee For Service

Thriveworks Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner - Cornelius, North Carolina

Clinicians must be licensed and living in the state where they will practice.

W2 position, 15-20 clinical hours per week, salary range $65,000-$94,000 per year.

• Provide psychiatric assessments and evaluations for clients in both in‑person and telemedicine settings.
• Treat clients 14 years and older.
• Prescribe medication to reduce mental health symptoms as needed.
• Create and collaborate with clients on individualized care plans.
• Complete and administer relevant paperwork and assessment tools.
• Adhere to Thriveworks' Clinical Practice Guidelines.
• Consult with Regional Clinic Directors and staff on clients, programs, and services.

• Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (board‑certified).
• Master’s in Nursing with active prescriptive authority in the state.
• Understanding of AdvancedMD (AMD) EMR is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of psychiatric practice; three years of experience is a plus.
• Completion of an in‑house training and certification exam on ADHD treatment standards, guidelines, and approach.
