Harris Teeter - - Responsibilities:
Supervise up to 10 associates in the Dairy/Frozen Department and assist the Department Manager with overall direction and evaluation;
Perform floor monitoring, interview and train associates, plan/assign/direct work, and participate in performance appraisal and disciplinary actions;
Ensure processing/stocking according to Dairy/Frozen standards and maintain clean work areas;
Provide customer service and manage unloading/reloading of stock as needed;
Maintain compliance with company policies and safety/food safety requirements
