Position Description

As the Retail Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of our retail collection process. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in inputting product information, executing purchase orders, and managing backend product processes for both B2B and B2C operations. Additionally, the Retail Coordinator will assist in the development and execution of retail calendars for nutrition and active wear and ensure all educational and policy resources are up to date.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Retail Collection B2B/B2C Backend Product Management:
    • Input all product information accurately into the B2B/B2C platforms.
    • Ensure consistency and accuracy of data across all product pages.
  • Purchase Order Execution:
    • Execute purchase orders, QR codes, and Barcodes for all retail products.
  • Retail Calendar Management:
    • Assist retail product owners in executing the active wear and nutrition calendars.
    • Maintain and update the retail calendar, ensuring all key dates and events are well‑coordinated.
  • Education/Policy Resources:
    • Develop and maintain educational resources and policy documents for retail operations.
    • Ensure all HQ team members and FPs have access to the latest materials and training resources.
Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience or familiarity with fashion buying, merchandising, or retail operations.
  • Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms and online merchandising.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of garment/product costing and pricing strategies.
