Due to rapid growth and increasing customer demand, we are seeking a multifaceted, organized, self-starter to fill the role of Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in Charlotte, NC.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with RUCKUS Field Sales, Inside Sales, and Sales Leadership to identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Position RUCKUS solutions through our partner ecosystem to new end-users, driving growth in key market segments.
- Leverage sales engagement tools (Outreach.io) to generate new customer meetings within your target vertical or account list.
- Identify and qualify inbound leads, converting them to customer meetings for the sales teams.
- Manage leads in Salesforce (SFDC), qualifying and dispositioning as needed.
- Employ creative thinking and AI toolsets to improve outreach and demand generation efforts within target accounts.
- Leverage tools like Outreach.io, Linked In Sales Navigator, and Orum to conduct outbound campaigns and develop new prospects.
- Engage in cold calling and overcome objections from potential customers.
- Research prospects to build a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure seamless lead handoff with a complete profile of information and clear follow-up actions.
- Some college or equivalent experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a “no-excuses” mentality.
- High energy and intensity, with a strong commitment to exceeding client expectations and achieving sales targets.
- Are currently in an SDR role and are eager for your next career opportunity.
- Aspire to advance into an Inside Sales Account Management position, with opportunities for career progression into roles such as Commercial Account Executive or Field Sales for those who excel and master the art of selling.
- Are a recent college graduate who can demonstrate creativity and innovation, bringing fresh ideas to the team.
- Have experienced the benefits of coaching, whether through sports, arts, business, or other pursuits, and can apply that experience to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment.
- Are familiar with sales prospecting tools such as Outreach.io, Linked In Sales Navigator, and Orum, and are comfortable leveraging technology to drive sales results.
