Compensation
Base Salary: $60,000 - $80,000
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $90,000 - $110,000+ (Base + Commission)
OpportunityOur client is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to join their growing B2B sales team. In this role, you'll drive new business growth by prospecting and developing relationships with small to mid-sized businesses.
Responsibilities- Schedule and conduct sales appointments, presentations, and demos
- Prospect and cold call small-to-medium-sized businesses
- Generate new business through networking and referrals
- Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers
- Close new business opportunities and achieve sales goals
- Stay current on products, services, and pricing
- Maintain accurate activity records within the CRM
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience
- High-volume prospecting and cold-calling experience
- Proven ability to overcome objections and close business
- Strong CRM and spreadsheet/software skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent industry experience
- Valid driver s license
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Proof of auto insurance
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
$60,000 - $75,000 Base Salary
Uncapped Commission Potential
$90,000 - $110,000+ Expected First-Year Earnings
