Overview
Lead Restoration/Mitigation Technician — Leader & Associates, Inc is hiring a full-time Lead Restoration/Mitigation Technician to exceed customer expectations while overseeing world-class execution of jobs. This role provides strong leadership for the crew and ensures proper and thorough documentation.
The typical schedule is Monday–Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm with a mandatory on-call rotation. Compensation is $17–$20 per hour, plus bonus and health insurance assistance depending on experience.

Requirements- At least 1 year of experience in the restoration/mitigation industry
- IICRC Restoration Industry Certification in Water Restoration, Fire & Smoke Restoration, Mold & Biohazard Remediation is preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and perform typical job tasks
- Basic tech skills to use a smartphone/tablet and relevant software
- Availability to work overtime in response to emergency situations, including after hours, weekends, or holidays
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Use of power tools and related equipment
Compensation: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
