Lead Installer for Residential HVAC
$30-$45/hr DOE + Spiffs & Bonuses
Mon-Fri | 7:00 AM-5:00 PM | Occasional OT
Allied Aire is hiring an experienced Lead Installer for Residential HVAC who takes pride in quality work and great customer service. If you enjoy leading HVAC install teams and delivering top‑tier HVAC systems, this is the role for you.
What We're Looking For- 3+ years HVAC install experience
- Strong knowledge of residential systems & ductwork
- Experience leading install teams
- Understanding of furnaces, heat pumps, refrigerant & low voltage
- Knowledge of residential/light commercial codes
- Willing to pursue NATE certification & ongoing training
