SCHEDULE
* Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
* Overtime available
* On-call rotation required
WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Install and service residential and light commercial HVAC systems
* Troubleshoot problems quickly and deliver real solutions
* Work directly with customers-clear communication is key
* Ensure all work meets code and safety standards
* Represent the company with professionalism every day
* Operate a company vehicle safely and responsibly
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
* 2+ years of hands-on HVAC experience
* EPA Certification (required)
* Solid understanding of sheet metal and duct systems
* Strong work ethic and problem-solving ability
* Willingness to continue training and earn certifications (NATE)
* Valid driver's license with clean record
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
