Lead Residential HVAC Installer | $30-$45/hr + Bonuses
Pay: $30-$45/hour DOE + Spiffs & Performance Bonuses Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-5:00 PM (Overtime Available)
Allied Aire is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Lead Installer to join our growing team. If you're an installer who takes pride in quality workmanship, leads by example, and enjoys delivering a professional installation from start to finish, we'd like to hear from you.
We're looking for someone who can lead installation projects with confidence while helping develop the next generation of installers.
What You'll Do- Lead residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish
- Install and commission furnaces, heat pumps, air handlers, condensers, and duct systems
- Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications, local codes, and company quality standards
- Train and mentor installation team members
- Perform system start-up, testing, and troubleshooting
- Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process
- 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Previous experience leading installation crews preferred
- Strong knowledge of duct design, airflow, and residential HVAC systems
- Experience installing gas furnaces, heat pumps, refrigerant systems, and low-voltage controls
- Ability to read installation specifications and troubleshoot field issues
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Competitive pay: $30-$45/hour, depending on experience
