Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to handle work orders, assist with preventative maintenance, and support day‑to‑day upkeep across our community. You will diagnose issues, repair units, and help keep common areas clean and safe, supporting a positive resident experience.
Required HVAC certification and a valid driver's license; two years of apartment maintenance experience is preferred.
