Residential HVAC Service Technician $25–$40/Hour + $5,000 Sign-On Bonus | Company Vehicle | Cornelius, NC Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–5:00 PM

Allied Aire is growing its residential service team and looking for an experienced HVAC Service Specialist who can confidently diagnose problems, complete quality repairs, and deliver a great customer experience.

You'll spend your days servicing residential heating and cooling systems throughout the local area.

Responsibilities include:

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration‑related issues
• Service air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, and indoor air quality equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Identify system deficiencies and recommend appropriate repairs
• Clearly explain findings and repair options to homeowners
• Complete service paperwork and maintain accurate job records
• Perform occasional installation‑related work as needed
• Follow manufacturer specifications and company safety standards

The ideal candidate brings solid residential service experience and the ability to work independently in customers' homes.

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• EPA Certification
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with heat pumps, gas furnaces, and refrigerant systems
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record

Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM

Overtime is available, and technicians participate in a rotating on‑call schedule.
