Missions

Under the responsibility of the Director of Territorial Planning and Logistics, you participate in the organization of the "Engineering Studies and Operation Management" service. You participate in the management of public contracts. In collaboration with the city partners: EPCI and neighboring municipalities, as well as the Department, the Region, the State services, the Water Office, the syndicates and public establishments, the public service delegates, the service providers and the companies you ensure a quality public service within the team.

Professional Skills
• Planning, coordination of construction and maintenance operations of buildings, roads and public facilities
• Supervision of projects and representation of the client
• Coordination and management of projects in executive capacity
• Knowledge of regulations (MOP Law, Construction Code, Town Planning Code and Environment Code, Public Procurement Code...) and public budget management
• Drafting of public contracts and concession contracts in the field of intervention of the service General Knowledge
• Technical Higher Diploma in Building Engineering
• Knowledge in the field of buildings, energy, infrastructures, road arrangements and various networks
• Knowledge of institutional organization
• Mastery of occupational safety and health rules

Grade:
Technician or Senior Supervisory Officer with confirmed experience in building engineering, in planning, coordination of construction and maintenance operations of buildings, roads and public facilities Level BTS and 5 to 10 years minimum experience in public bodies or in a study firm Knowledge in architecture Driving license B essential Position to be filled as soon as possible Position based in Gourbeyre with trips on the territory of the agglomeration and in the Guadeloupe Region

Hours:

35 hours per week over 5 days from Monday to Friday Statutory remuneration + indemnity regime (RIFSEEP) Social action: lunch vouchers + CNAS + participation in provident fund
