• Process end-to-end bi-weekly payroll for a seasonal workforce of up to 400+ employees
• Manage payroll compliance, garnishments, payroll taxes, deductions, PTO tracking, and reporting
• Coordinate onboarding, employee records, I-9 compliance, benefits administration, and HR documentation
• Serve as a primary resource for employee payroll and HR-related questions in English and Spanish
• Support workers' compensation administration, safety initiatives, and compliance programs
• Partner with leadership to maintain accurate payroll, HR, and employee records across multiple locations

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
• 2+ years of payroll experience, including high-volume payroll processing
• Experience with ADP payroll systems and payroll compliance regulations
• Background in HR administration, employee onboarding, benefits, and compliance support
• Experience with piece-rate payroll, seasonal work forces, or agricultural environments is a plus
