Director of Operations
A manufacturing organization is seeking a Director of Operations to lead day-to-day operational activities across production, manufacturing workflows, and cross-functional teams. This is a hands‑on leadership role focused on execution, efficiency, and continuous improvement in a factory environment.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations including production, scheduling, inventory, and fulfillment
- Lead and support manufacturing and production teams to ensure efficiency, quality, and on‑time delivery
- Drive process improvements to improve output, reduce waste, and optimize workflows
- Establish and monitor operational KPIs and performance metrics
- Partner with leadership and cross‑functional teams to align operational goals
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met
- Act as the primary operational decision‑maker and escalation point
- Manufacturing and hands‑on experience
- Previous operations leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and team leadership
- Comfortable working onsite and being present on the production floor
- Experience in a small to mid‑sized manufacturing operation
- Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
A practical, hands‑on operations leader with real manufacturing experience who enjoys balancing leadership responsibilities with day‑to‑day execution in a production environment.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Cornelius, OR.
Pay & BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $ - $/yr.
Health BenefitsFull‑time employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance on the first of the month following 60 days from hire date. 401(K) Retirement Plan: a. The Company will match 100% of an employee’s contribution up to 3% of their annual salary; as well as an additional 50% match for any contribution between 3% and 5%. b. Automatically enrolled with a 3% contribution.

2. Short‑Term and Long‑Term Disability Insurance: a. 100% covered through the company.
3. Life Insurance: a. 100% covered through the company.
4. Flex Spending Plan (FSA/HSA): a. Voluntary plan b. Yearly enrollment, employee choice of amount deduction.
5. Oregon PMFL: a. The total contribution is 0.983% which will be split between Employee 60% and Employer 40%.
This is a fully onsite position in Cornelius, OR.
