Responder Security Officer

Securitas is seeking a Responder Security Officer to provide rapid, professional security response for clients across multiple sites. In this role, you will patrol facilities, respond to alarms and incidents, observe and report suspicious activity, and enforce access control and safety procedures. You will collaborate with clients, emergency services, and team members to protect people, property, and assets. Securitas offers structured training, support for security certifications, and clear paths for advancement into supervisory and specialist roles within a mission-driven, safety-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mobile and foot patrols of assigned client locations
• Respond rapidly and safely to alarms, incidents, and requests for assistance
• Monitor access points and enforce security and safety policies
• Observe, detect, and report suspicious activity and safety hazards
• Prepare clear, accurate incident and daily activity reports
• Communicate via radio, phone, and in person with clients and dispatch
• Coordinate with emergency services when required
• Operate security technology such as alarms and CCTV systems
• Provide professional customer service to clients, visitors, and staff
• Follow all Securitas and client-specific procedures and post orders
