Position: After School Enrichment Staff at St. Mary's
St. Mary's Catholic School invites you to apply as After School Enrichment Staff to support and supervise students in a nurturing setting. This part-time role offers a rewarding way to make a difference in children's lives.

The After School Care Workers will be responsible for the supervision of students from 3 PM until 6 PM, planning activities that align with children's interests while ensuring their safety. You'll engage with students in grades Pre-K through 8, assist with homework, and help maintain a structured environment.

Your role fosters positive interactions and helps students thrive after school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up activities for students before 3:30 PM

• Oversee children’s safety and well-being

• Assist with educational support during homework

• Maintain discipline and enforce rules respectfully

• Keep accurate attendance and sign-in records

Requirements:

• High school diploma required

• Strong interpersonal skills with young learners

• Dependable and detail-oriented

• Commitment to the values of Catholic education

• Participation in mandated safety training
