Position: Parks Supervisor for View Royal
Lead parks maintenance efforts in View Royal with the Town of View Royal as a Parks Supervisor. Oversee park upkeep, project management, and vehicle maintenance across the community.

In this crucial role, you will report to the Director of Engineering while ensuring the Town's parks and facilities are well-maintained. Your responsibilities will range from managing annual maintenance programs to evaluating and coordinating capital projects. You will also support the Parks Workers and assist with emergency repairs, ensuring a high standard of service for the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and monitor annual maintenance programs for parks

• Coordinate repairs and inspections for Town Hall vehicles

• Manage various capital and renewal projects

• Recommend improvements to enhance community services

• Be available for emergency on-call duties as needed

Requirements:

• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent education

• 5 years of supervisory experience in relevant fields

• Certification for irrigation, playground inspection, and pesticide application

• Valid B.C. Class 5 Driver’s License
