The role of Branch Manager reports directly to the Greater Ontario Region Head of PWM and is one of the key leadership positions on the TD Wealth senior executive team and an integral part of TD Bank's strategy for TD PWM.   - Maintain a strong understanding of the Bank's internal risk management and audit policies and procedures and those defined by external entities including relevant banking authorities and industry regulators. Participate in crafting new policies and procedures for the business to meet new and evolving regulatory requirements.
• Drive the region's operating performance, sales management culture, talent management strategy and tactics, business development, compliance oversight, and Investment Advisor recruitment.
• Contribute to the achievement of TD PWM's overall business results by developing and executing an annual regional business and operating plan consistent with the TD Wealth strategy and objectives.
