As the Properties Manager, you will take charge of the maintenance and operations of all L’Arche Stratford facilities. This role includes supervising teams, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and coordinating property improvement projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage maintenance staff, promoting teamwork and accountability

• Develop schedules for preventative maintenance tasks

• Monitor compliance with inspection requirements

• Coordinate improvements and manage renovation projects

• Handle health and safety concerns within properties

Requirements:

• Knowledge of facility operations and property maintenance

• Minimum three years’ experience with a valid G Class license

• Capacity to manage multiple priorities and emergency responses

• Proficiency in budgeting and documentation management

• Team-oriented mindset with collaborative skills
