Cultural Diversity Program Officer

Enhance community integration as a Cultural Diversity Program Officer with the Association for New Canadians in Corner Brook, NL. This full-time position involves conducting workshops and building key partnerships.

As part of the Association for New Canadians, you will play a critical role in promoting cultural diversity and inclusion. The Business Diversity Officer will be tasked with delivering training workshops, determining stakeholder needs, and managing effective outreach strategies. Collaboration with local businesses and schools will drive diversity programming.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and deliver impactful diversity workshops

• Identify training requirements of stakeholders

• Assist in communications and program promotions

• Engage in proactive outreach to potential partners

• Participate in team meetings and networking events

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree plus three years of relevant experience

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

• Experience in writing detailed reports and proposals

• Knowledge of community diversity issues

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
