Currently, we are actively seeking Sales and Marketing Representatives to serve as brand ambassadors for our client, Bell Canada. Fueled by cutting-edge fiber optic and wireless networks, Bell Canada delivers world-class entertainment and communication services to residential, business, and public sector customers across Canada. • Competitive base pay, car allowance, and a lucrative uncapped commission structure, potentially totaling up to $90,000- $100,000 per year and more based on performance. Our top performers are achieving close to six-figure incomes.

• Driving and supporting the sale of Bell’s TV, Internet, Home Phone, and Smart Home residential product suite by being a brand ambassador, engaging residential customers face-to-face through tactics such as canvassing and cold calling.
• Working from a client-provided territory lead list to effectively market Bell products and drive sales in residential areas.
• Identifying specific customer needs and tailoring solutions to fit their lifestyle, ensuring a best-in‑class customer service experience.
• Delivering a best-in‑class customer experience as an ambassador of the Bell brand.
• Weekly team meetings to strategize innovations, track goals, and report on sales and marketing results.
• Utilizing the Salesforce customer relationship management (CRM) system to manage your lead funnel.
• Conducting yourself with optimism, empathy, and integrity as the face of our client, Bell Canada.

• An expert in time management, evaluating priorities, and accomplishing goals.
• Motivated by rewards (uncapped commission means unlimited earning potential!).
• A demonstrated ability to be a team player.
• Sales, Customer Service, and/or Marketing experience are assets.
• Reliable access to a personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• The ability for frequent travel across the region as required.
• A flexible full-time schedule that includes availability on evenings and weekends as required.

• Base pay + uncapped commission.
• Commission is paid on top of the base salary, with most of your income coming from commissions.
• Commission is paid per service unit activated.
• The amount of commission you earn per service unit activated will increase as you hit specific sales targets bi-weekly.
